Warranty, Returns and Refunds
Warranty
All straps come with a 365 day warranty (from the date of purchase).

Returns and exchanges
In order for us to best resolve any concerns - please refer to our FAQ regarding returns and exchanges over at this link.
Note that refunds will only be accepted if in 'brand new' condition (note - the plastic wrapper is not required, please just make sure the strap is in a re-sellable state).
We cover the cost of return/exchange postage for damaged, faulty, or incorrectly received items. However, for any other reason, you will need to arrange your own return/exchange postage.
We refund shipping costs only for parcels confirmed as lost in transit by the courier. Unfortunately, no refunds on shipping are provided by the courier in any other situation.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
A $15 re-stocking fee will be deducted from any returned orders that were originally sent with 'free shipping'.
Product Returns
If you would like to return your product:
- Email us at [email protected] to let us know that you'll be sending the products back
- Send them back to Brad Farleigh - PO Box 8306, Subiaco East, 6008 (note that we only check this mail on Saturdays)
- Please be sure to label the package with your name and order number
- We will confirm when we have received your return and will confirm once the refund has been processed
Product Exchanges
If you would like to exchange the products:
- Place a new order on the website
- Email us at [email protected] to let us know that you'll be sending the products back for an exchange
- Send them back to Brad Farleigh - PO Box 8306, Subiaco East, 6008 (note that we only check this mail on Saturdays)
- The returned order will be refunded as per the "Returns" section above
